Meet Jay

I founded Atlanta Short Term Rental Solutions with an eye on my deep roots in the community. I have enjoyed living and working in Atlanta for over 25 years. As a short-term rental homeowner, I imagine seeing my community through the eyes of our many valued visitors. As a business owner and professional attorney, I understand the importance of having competent, caring partners who can manage projects that might take up time better spent doing the things we really enjoy. As an Airbnb Superhost, I believe that hosting vacation homes for our city’s guests is an excellent way to be an ambassador for our community.

About You

Whether you are an experienced landlord or find yourself in the position of having more home than you need for the first time, Atlanta STRS can help you maximize your property’s potential. Even if you are contemplating selling your property in the near future or ultimately plan to include the property in a long-term rental portfolio, we can show you the advantages of offering your home for short-term rental guests now. A well-appointed home can offer the perfect retreat for vacationers and business travelers alike. If the plan is to sell the property, short-term rental can provide an opportunity to market a staged property while avoiding the wear and tear of long-term renters moving in and out.

About Your Home

Every short term rental home has its own story to tell. Whether it’s the intrinsic charm of a century-old Victorian or Craftsman, or the walkable lively streets of the many intown neighborhoods, each home adds value to guests’ time spent in Atlanta. Each home is promoted across short-term rental platforms as having its own unique style and qualities.

Because Atlanta has so much to offer throughout the entire geographic area there is always something to promote. The Georgia Aquarium, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Atlanta Zoo, Truist Park, Emory University, Georgia State University, The Atlanta University Center, and all the many corporate campuses make up a short list of destinations for visitors to our city. Some guests will seek accommodations close to their planned events, but others may choose their location for its proximity to restaurants, museums like The Center for Civil and Human Rights or the World of Coca Cola, or the BeltLine and Piedmont Park. No matter where your guest home is situated in Atlanta, its location can be proudly promoted to potential guests.
